These terms cover the Movetory early access purchase made through this site. Movetory is made by Mestereaga Consortio P & C SRL ("we"), a company registered in Romania.
A one-time license for your company to use the Movetory mobile app on iPhone and Android, on an unlimited number of devices operated by your company, for an unlimited number of moves. The license is per company and is not transferable to another company.
Early access costs $199 USD, paid once through Stripe. The regular price after early access is $399 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your card statement will show MOVETORY, and Stripe issues an invoice from Mestereaga Consortio P & C SRL.
We ship on November 11, 2026. On that day you receive an email at the address used at checkout with the App Store and Google Play links and your company code. If we miss that date, you may request a full refund at any time until the app is delivered.
You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days after delivery, and at any time before delivery if we miss the ship date. Reply to your Stripe receipt or write to hello@movetory.com; refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
All future updates to the app are included in the license. Support is by email at hello@movetory.com. We may add optional paid services later; the app you bought keeps working without them.
Reports, photos and signatures are created on your crew's phones and delivered as PDF files by email. We do not need to store them on our servers for the app to work. You are responsible for how you handle your customers' data in the reports you create.
Movetory documents the condition of goods; it does not decide claims, replace your bill of lading, or guarantee an outcome in any dispute. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
